Kathy Shafer

Kathy Shafer has a significant amount of work experience in the engineering and project management field. Kathy started their career at Smiths Aerospace in 1980 and stayed with the company until 2005. Throughout their time at Smiths Aerospace, Kathy held the role of Engineering Project Manager. In 1998, they went on to work at GE Aviation (formerly Smiths Aerospace) as an Engineering Project Manager until 2005. From 2000 to 2005, they also worked at Smiths Aerospace / Fairchild Defense as an Engineering Project Manager. Kathy then joined Fairchild Controls Corporation in 2005 as the Software Director and their tenure at the company continues until the present.
