Melissa Barnes is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in digital marketing and project management. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Fairchild Equipment since January 2020, Melissa previously held the role of Digital Channel Officer at Park Bank, where responsibilities included leading digital marketing strategies and managing online banking products. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Sr. Project Manager focusing on user experience and digital marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at American Appraisal, Ewald Automotive Group, and J.T. Graphics & Advertising Inc., where Melissa demonstrated expertise in business development, CRM management, and online marketing. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
