Agnaldo Junior

Agnaldo Junior is a Senior Technical Sourcer at Faire, responsible for sourcing top engineering and data talent across the Americas since January 2022. Prior to this role, Agnaldo worked as a Technical Sourcer for RocketPower, supporting Uber US in software engineering, and held multiple positions at SumUp, including Technical Sourcer and Talent Sourcer, focusing on software engineering and business recruitment. Agnaldo began a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidade Católica de Brasília in May 2024, building on a Bachelor's degree in Psychology obtained from Centro Universitário São Camilo in 2022.
