Evan Intrater

Evan Intrater is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as Director and Head of Business Recruiting at Faire since January 2022, managing and scaling recruitment teams across multiple countries. Prior to Faire, Evan held several significant roles, including Manager of Tech Recruiting at Lyft, where oversight of software engineering hiring in the US and Canada was achieved. At Namely, Evan was instrumental as Head of Tech Recruiting, expanding the tech organization significantly during a period of growth. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Technical Recruiter at LendingHome, where the tech recruitment process was established, and as Lead Technical Recruiter at InterviewJet, focusing on building a dual-sided marketplace. Evan also gained foundational experience in business development at Preferred Return and as an Associate at JDF Realty. Evan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
