Jorjena Dankha, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead at Faire since January 2022, Jorjena manages HR responsibilities for the Engineering, Product Development, and IT departments. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Faire and leading HR functions at RideCo. On-Demand Transit as a People and Culture Manager and HR Business Partner. Jorjena has also held multiple HR positions at companies such as SSIMWAVE Inc., North, Aerotek, and the University of Waterloo, providing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and human resources management. Jorjena earned a degree from the University of Waterloo.
