Mark Shaw

Mark Shaw is an experienced technology professional with a focus on site reliability engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Faire since August 2022, Mark previously worked as a Software Engineer IV at PagerDuty, where responsibilities included CI/CD tooling and the development of a developer portal. Prior roles included a DevOps Engineer at Nulogy, where Mark designed AWS migration for a streaming platform, and a Senior Software Developer at RedFlagDeals, contributing to one of Canada's top websites. Mark's background encompasses work at various companies, including Groupon and SnapSaves, along with research roles at the University of Toronto and McMaster University.
