Rannie Teodoro

Rannie Teodoro, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Director of UX Product Design at Faire, a position held since October 2025, focusing on helping brands thrive in wholesale. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Core E-Commerce & Design Foundations at Coupang from August 2021 to November 2025, where Rannie was responsible for executing the UX vision across Korea's leading eCommerce platform. From February 2019 to July 2021, Rannie directed product design at Thumbtack, overseeing a diverse team and operational development initiatives. Earlier roles at Facebook involved managing research teams to enhance core product development and internationalization, while experiences at Rutgers University included teaching communication courses. Ranneer's professional foundation also includes roles as an Implementation Specialist at SaaShr and Lead Researcher at InfusionX, emphasizing user experience and research methodologies. Rannie earned a Ph.D. in Communication from Rutgers University, complementing a BA in Communication and Political Science from the same institution.
