Waylon Janowiak

Waylon Janowiak currently serves as the Head of Global IT at Faire since January 2022. Prior to this role, Waylon held the position of Head of IT at Gusto from July 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading IT Engineering, IT Support, AV, Financial Technology, and People Technology teams. Waylon's earlier experience includes working as an IT Manager at Optimizely from June 2013 to July 2015 and engaging in various roles from February 2007 to February 2013, where two consulting practices focused on managed service provider offerings and custom app development were established. Additionally, Waylon was involved in IT Audit within Advisory Services at Grant Thornton LLP for a brief period in 2012. Waylon's educational background includes studies at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
