Kelly Crowe

Kelly Crowe is a dedicated professional with a background in behavioral health and community engagement. As a Case Manager at Fairfax Behavioral Health since May 2022, Kelly previously served as a Behavioral Discharge Planner and Behavioral Health Specialist at Fairfax Behavioral Center and Fairfax Hospital from November 2018 to May 2022. Additionally, Kelly contributed to youth development as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Eastside Catholic School from May 2017 to May 2022. Early career experiences include an internship at Groundwork, where garden education was provided in food deserts, and volunteer work at Sister Gardens, which focused on community food systems. Kelly also gained leadership skills as a Camp Counselor and Manager at The Plateau Club in summer 2016. Kelly holds a degree in Sociology with a minor in food systems from Regis University, completed in 2017.
