Michael Batt

Michael Batt is currently the Vice President of Talent Program at Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, focusing on strategies for recruiting, retention & retraining to promote Fairfax County as a desirable place to live, work & play. With extensive experience in the technology industry, Michael previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, including overseeing partner channel sales for the US public sector and driving the integration and launch of Dynamics 365. Prior to that, Michael worked in computer hardware and software sales at Zenith Data Systems and Network Solutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marymount University.
