Azaria Jackson

Azaria Jackson is an experienced educator and media professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Howard University. Currently serving as a Long Term Substitute Teacher for Fourth Grade Learning Disabilities at Fairfax County Public Schools since November 2024, Azaria has also worked as a Substitute Teacher and held internship roles at Street Sense Media as a Video Storytelling Intern and The Saunders PR Group as a Media Relations Intern. Additionally, Azaria has demonstrated leadership as a Social Media Manager and Health & Wellness Coordinator for the Cathy Hughes School of Communications Student Council, and operated in management roles at Brandy Melville, overseeing daily operations and staff. Early career experience includes producing content for Howard University Spotlight Network and Lincoln High School, where responsibilities involved research and technical production skills.
