Jade Uyeda-Trackman

Jade Uyeda-Trackman is an experienced instructional assistant currently working at Fairfax County Public Schools since August 2024, supporting lead teachers and students in special education programs within general education classrooms. Prior experience includes serving as an instructional aide at Merritt Academy from September 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities involved preparing age-appropriate lesson plans and providing individualized support to enhance students' academic progress. Jade also worked as a summer school instructional assistant with Arlington Public Schools from July 2011 to August 2021 across multiple elementary schools and engaged in voluntary work during the first three years.
