Sarah Pennington

Sarah Pennington has extensive experience in records management, real estate, and administrative roles. Currently serving as Records Management/Registrar at Fairfax County Public Schools since August 2019, Sarah specializes in maintaining student records, ensuring compliance with FERPA, and providing customer service for records requests. Concurrently, as a Licensed Realtor with Samson Properties since February 2018, Sarah represents clients in real estate transactions while leveraging strong people management and financial skills. Sarah is also the President and Owner of IRAM-IT, LLC, a minority-woman owned IT solutions and home improvement company. Prior experience includes positions as a Criminal Records Specialist with Fairfax County Government and Communications Officer with Stafford County Sheriffs Office, both roles requiring meticulous recordkeeping and communication skills. Additional experience includes being a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Professionals and an Auditor at Saks OFF 5TH. Sarah attended UMUC and Freed-Hardeman University after graduating from Meade High School.
