Greg Licamele

Greg Licamele serves as the Director of External Communications for Fairfax County Government since April 2005, overseeing external digital communications and leading the county's social media initiatives across various platforms. Previously, Licamele held the role of Director of Online Communications, managing online public information and a team of four. License's career began with the George Washington University, where responsibilities included establishing new websites and supporting the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management. Licamele holds dual M.A. degrees in Media and Public Affairs and Homeland Security, Emergency Preparedness and Response from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from St. Bonaventure University.
