Maile McCharen has extensive experience in the field of laboratory management and embryology. With a background in bioenvironmental science, Maile has held various positions in reputable companies such as Fairfax Cryobank, Austin Fertility Laboratory, Prelude Fertility, Vivere, and Bioeden. Starting as a Microbiologist at the Texas State Health Department, Maile has since progressed to roles such as Site Manager, Jr. Embryologist/Andrologist, Junior Embryologist, and Scientist. Throughout their career, Maile has demonstrated a strong commitment to reproductive health and laboratory science.
