Betsy James

Betsy James began their career in 2012 as a Math Tutor, Supplemental Instructor, and Teaching Assistant at Eastern Nazarene College. In 2017, they took on the role of Web Developer at Axim Innovations Inc. and also completed a Masters Research Seminar Project at Sacred Heart University. In 2018, they joined Fairfax Data Systems, Inc. as an Associate Software Engineer, where they developed applications using algorithms and in-depth object-oriented coding concepts to support online document management. Betsy also customized and implemented in-built Barcode Recognition applications for Document Management and built solutions using Fingerprint techniques for Document readers. Additionally, they developed and configured Document capture solutions by creating workflows, custom actions and panels based on business requirements to scan and index documents.

Betsy James attended Eastern Nazarene College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics. Betsy then attended Sacred Heart University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2019, they obtained an IBM Certified Solution Designer - Datacap V9.0 certification from IBM Professional Certification.
