Amy Sherk

Amy Sherk is currently the CFO at Fairfax India Holdings Corporation. Prior to that, they were with Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited from March 2014 to August 2016 where they were the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Investment Operations. Some of their key responsibilities there included being a member of Fairfax's Investment Accounting Committee of management and senior level staff, helping to implement accounting software system updates and improvements, preparing quarterly equity pickups for investments in associates, and performing and reviewing group reconciliation and consolidation of investment assets, liabilities and related P&L.

Amy Sherk graduated from Bayside Secondary School with an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Amy then went on to Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. After completing their undergraduate studies, Amy became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the Society of Management Accountants. Amy has also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
