Donald Tepper has extensive experience in communications and production, currently serving as Managing Partner at Solutions 3D LLC, a Virginia-based real estate investment company since 2005. Since January 2014, Tepper has been a volunteer producer at Fairfax Public Access, overseeing studio operations. Prior roles include Editor and Lead Specialist for APTA Magazine from March 2001 to November 2021, where responsibilities included editorial calendar development and content management. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles in organizations such as CHADD, where Tepper coordinated local chapter activities, and communications director positions at the Building Service Contractors Association International and other transportation-related entities. Tepper holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a BA in English from The George Washington University.
