Kevin Scott

Kevin Scott is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the RCC Rational certified Chef at Rational AG since January 2007, Kevin also holds the position of Executive Chef at Grass Rootes Restaurant since April 2016, specializing in fresh and local farm-to-table concepts. Additional roles include Executive Chef of the Fairmont at Holiday Retirement since August 2014 and Executive Chef at Dayeindayeout since 2007. Kevin has previously worked as a Sous Chef at Pinstripes, Inc. from November 2013 to June 2014. Kevin is also known for the television series #gettinfreshwithchefkevin, which showcases culinary insights and seasonal recipes. Kevin's educational background includes a Culinary Skills Professional Program from L'Academie de Cuisine, along with degrees in Industrial Education and General Studies from Illinois State University and Fort Scott Community College, respectively.
