Don Richards

Don Richards is an experienced Realtor at Fairfax Realty since January 2011, recognized for deep knowledge of the Northern Virginia area and strong negotiation skills, combined with a compassionate approach to matching clients with homes. In addition to real estate, Don has served as a Contracting Officer at the United States Postal Service since March 1988, holding a Level III Contracting Officer Warrant for contracts up to $10,000,000 and negotiating complex agreements. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Budget/Financial Analyst in the US Army and as an Air Traffic Controller. Don holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Averett University, alongside a high school diploma from James Madison High School.
