Dr. Ademola Asaya

Dr. Ademola Asaya is the Founding President of Resolve Consulting LLC, providing enterprise consulting services since October 2020. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Management and Co-Program Director at Fairfax University of America since July 2013, Dr. Asaya also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Strayer University and Stratford University from 2013 to 2016, teaching various business and technology courses. Prior to academia, Dr. Asaya worked as a Program/Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard for over a decade, and has held roles including Network Engineer at Sprint Communication, Inc., and Helpdesk Technician at Arlington Hospital. Dr. Asaya holds a Doctorate in Management, certifications in Project Management (PMP) and ITIL, an MBA in Technology Management, and a bachelor's degree in Zoology-Chemistry from the University of Liberia.
