Pascal Arcese P.e.

Pascal Arcese, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Pascal worked at Michael Baker International from 2005 to 2022, where they served as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager. In this role, they gained expertise in the administration, design, coordination, and construction of various civil utility and infrastructure projects. Currently, they are the Chief of Utilities Engineering at Fairfax Water - Official, a position they have held since 2022.

Pascal Arcese, P.E., obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2010, they received the Professional Engineer certification from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
