Ryan McCarthy

Ryan McCarthy is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics instruction, currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Fairfield City Schools since August 2015. Over the years, Ryan has developed diverse learning strategies, including technology integration, for Integrated Math 2 and Integrated Math 3 while aligning instructional materials with Common Core State Standards. Additionally, Ryan has worked as a Summer School Teacher at Lebanon City Schools, providing support for online credit recovery courses, and has held positions as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and Student Teacher in various mathematics subjects. Prior to teaching, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant at Miami University and in various roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader and Business Analyst. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (Integrated Mathematics) and a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing) from Miami University.
