Bill Demichiel

Bill DeMichiel is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in sales management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales Management at Fairfield County Bank since March 2001, Bill leads employee sales and referral initiatives across Banking, Insurance, and Investment divisions while overseeing sales campaign development and recognition efforts. Prior experience includes Vice President of Sales and Marketing at First Union National Bank from 1996 to 2001, where responsibilities encompassed sales management for over 120 financial centers. Bill also held the position of Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager at Union Trust Company from 1989 to 1996, where Bill established and managed the company's inaugural sales management program. Earlier in career, Bill worked as Training Officer for Manager Training & Development at Union Trust Company from 1981 to 1989, focusing on the administration and development of training programs. Bill holds degrees from the University of Bridgeport and the University of New Haven.
