Tara Berlingo's work experience begins in 2002 as a Human Resources Coordinator at META Group, where they provided assistance to managers in various HR areas. Tara then moved on to Westcon Group, where they held multiple roles from 2004 to 2015, including Human Resources Generalist, Sr. Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Business Partner, managing the HR department for over 700 employees. In 2015, Tara joined A J Penna Construction as a Manager of Human Resources, overseeing the company's water, sewer, and septic installation services. Tara then transitioned to a Manager of Human Resources position at Charter Communications in 2016 before becoming the Director of Human Resources at Fairfield County's Community Foundation in 2018. Tara's most recent role is as the VP of People & Culture at Fairfield County's Community Foundation, where they are responsible for promoting philanthropy and creating innovative solutions to community issues.
Tara Berlingo completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Western Governors University in 2019.
