Kevin Crosby

Kevin Crosby has over 30 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Since 2019, they have served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd. Prior to that, Crosby was the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Magseis Fairfield ASA from March to August 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fairfield Geotechnologies. Crosby also served as the Chief Financial Officer at ValvTechnologies, Inc. from 2008 to 2015. Before that, they held various finance roles at Crane Fluid Handling and Crane Co. for over 15 years. Crosby started their career as a Financial Analyst at W.R. Grace & Company in 1982. Overall, they have a strong background in finance and has held leadership positions at various companies throughout their career.

Kevin Crosby received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Accounting from Montclair State University in 1981. Kevin later earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from La Salle University from 1991 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Kevin obtained the "Lean Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in 2023 and has completed the Lean Six-Sigma program at the University of Tennessee.
