Grace D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Grace started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Fairfield Property Management in 2013. Grace then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Farm & Food Innovation Center in 2014 and as an Education Center Intern at Heifer International in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Interviewer at University of the South.

Grace then transitioned into a full-time role as an HR Recruiting Coordinator at Humphreys & Partners Architects from 2017 to 2019. Grace then joined Collabera Inc. as a VMO Manager from April 2019 to August 2019, and later became a Project Manager from August 2019 to August 2020.

Currently, Grace is working at Fairfield Property Management as an HR Talent Acquisition Manager since August 2020, and recently promoted to Corporate Director Of Human Resources in June 2021. In their most recent role, they are responsible for overseeing the human resources department, upholding the company's core values, and managing the recruitment process.

Grace D. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies: Global Capitalism and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Studies from The University of the South, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Grace then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Middlebury College, which they completed between 2016 and 2017.
