Shannon Hollier is a CPM and Realtor with extensive experience in property management. Shannon began their career in 2002 at UL Coleman Companies, where they worked as a Portfolio Property Manager for 20 years. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeast Louisiana University and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana in Monroe. Shannon also completed the Shreveport Leadership Program and the Dale Carnegie Management course. Shannon holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a member of the International Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). In 2021, Shannon joined Fairfield Property Management as the Director of Operations. Shannon is a licensed Realtor in the state of Louisiana.

Shannon Hollier, CPM, Realtor obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002.
