Adam Paulsen

Adam Paulsen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adam began their career as a Senior Audit Advisor at KPMG in 1999 and worked there until 2002. Adam then joined Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior Assurance Services professional from 2003 to 2004. Adam then transitioned into the real estate industry, joining Marcus & Millichap as an Investment Associate from 2004 to 2010. Adam continued their real estate career at ACRE Investment Real Estate Services as a Senior Director from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Adam holds the position of Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager of Affordable Housing at Fairfield Residential since December 2013.

Adam Paulsen attended JK Mullen High School from 1991 to 1995. Adam then pursued higher education at Pepperdine University from 1995 to 1999, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business.
