Dawn Bosselman

Dawn Bosselman (Silvestri) has extensive experience in property management and leasing, currently serving as Assistant Property Manager at Fairfield Residential since December 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Property Director and Leasing Director at Wood Partners, where responsibilities encompassed marketing properties, showing apartments, managing resident documentation, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Earlier experience at Corcoran Management Company involved overseeing property operations and providing leasing consultation at various locations. In addition to real estate expertise, Dawn holds an Associate of Liberal Arts degree from Mount Ida College and is pursuing a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School, expected to be completed in November 2024.
