Heather Sizemore

Heather Sizemore, MBA, CAPS, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Fairfield Residential since August 2025. Previously, Sizemore held various leadership positions at RPM Living, including Vice President of Portfolio Success and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President for the Student Housing Division at CF Real Estate Services LLC and Vice President at Michaels Student Living. Sizemore's career in the real estate sector began at Campus Apartments, where responsibilities included National Director of Residence Life and Director of Client Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the UCF College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
