Kim Bender

Kim leads an extraordinary team of property management professionals to provide exceptional and imaginative experiences for our associates, residents, and investors. As President, she oversees the strategy and execution for Fairfield’s entire multifamily portfolio, including support services such as Strategic Operations, Revenue Management, Affordable Compliance, Ancillary Services, Property Maintenance, Marketing, and Training. Before joining Fairfield in 2001, Kim spent seven years with AIMCO, which included working with National Housing Partnership Incorporated and overseeing assets for the NHP Foundation. Prior to AIMCO, she worked in the property management division for privately owned Hall Financial Group, Inc. in Texas.

Kim is an active member of National Multifamily Housing Council and Institute of Real Estate Management. She holds her National Compliance Professional certification as Executive, Certified Apartment Property Supervisor and a Certified Property Manager® designation with IREM. She also has a real estate license in the state of California and was recognized by Bisnow as one of the 50 Most Influential women in San Diego commercial real estate in 2015.
