Koki Hernandez CAMT has over two decades of experience in the maintenance and operations field, currently serving as the Regional Maintenance Operations Manager at Fairfield Residential since August 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations and acting as a floating service manager. Prior to this role, Koki gained experience in sales as a part-time employee at Home Depot from March 1998 to April 2002.
