Todd Givens

Todd Givens currently serves as the Senior Director of Construction at Fairfield Residential since March 2022. Previously, Todd held the position of Vice President of Construction at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from August 2019 to March 2022, where oversight of in-house and third-party preconstruction and construction activities in the Carolinas was provided. From September 2016 to May 2019, Todd worked as a Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at AMEC LLC. Earlier in Todd's career, from January 2000 to August 2012, the role of Director of Construction at Comstock Group LLC was fulfilled, managing all phases of new construction and asset recovery, as well as overseeing a staff of thirty across the Eastern seaboard for a publicly traded company.
