Evelyn Bilias Lolis

Interim Dean, School of Education & Human Development at Fairfield University

Evelyn Bilias-Lolis, PhD, serves as the Interim Dean of the School of Education & Human Development and holds multiple roles including Coordinator of Data, Assessment, & Program Effectiveness, Associate Professor of Psychological & Educational Consultation, and Certification Officer & CSDE Liaison at Fairfield University since September 2018. With prior experience as Assistant Professor and Associate Dean in the Graduate School of Education & Allied Professions at Fairfield University from August 2010 to August 2017, Bilias-Lolis has taught graduate-level courses in psychology and special education. Additional experience includes serving as District Chair of the Department of Psychology and Educational Psychologist in Stamford Public Schools, as well as various roles in mental health and educational services. Bilias-Lolis earned a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and holds multiple degrees in psychology and school psychology from Fordham University and Fairfield University.
