Hector Geist

Hector Geist has extensive work experience in various leadership positions within the manufacturing industry. Starting in 1989, they served as a Plant Manager at Freudenberg Nonwovens for 16 years. From 1994 to 2005, they also held the position of Plant Manager at Freudenberg Nonwovens, USA. Continuing their career, they became the Director of Operations at Fiberweb from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Process Improvement Leader at a private company before transitioning to Hof Textiles (Tenowo) as a Process specialist. Hector then joined Wm.T.Burnett in 2012 as the Director of Operations. Following this, they served as the Nonwovens Plant Manager at Freudenberg-Texbond from 2014 to 2015. Lastly, they held the position of Director of Manufacturing Operations at Fairfield Processing Corporation from February 2016 onwards.

Hector Geist completed their Bachelor's degree in IT with a focus on Industrial studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Hector attended this institution from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Management from Southern Methodist University.
