Discovery and Engineering

The Discovery and Engineering team at FairJourney Biologics is responsible for identifying and optimizing novel antibodies using their advanced naïve and immune libraries. They work on the engineering and production of therapeutic antibodies, addressing complex targets to contribute to the development pipelines of their biotech and biopharmaceutical partners. The team also supports the preclinical stages of antibody development, ensuring seamless progression towards cell line development and subsequent characterization.
