Lauren Barth, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Fairlawn Real Estate since May 2024, Lauren previously held the position of Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Regency Multifamily, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies for multiple apartment communities, managing significant budgets, and enhancing the company’s online presence. With a background in digital marketing and graphic design, Lauren's earlier roles included impactful positions at U of I Community Credit Union and Regency Apartments, where contributions involved website optimization, SEO, and social media strategy. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the same institution and an Associate’s degree from Parkland College.
