Maggie Sprague has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maggie currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fairlawn Real Estate since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Property Management at the same company from December 2020 to January 2024. Maggie also served as the Director of Property Management from November 2017 to December 2020 and as a Regional Manager from July 2016 to November 2017. Maggie started their career at Fairlawn Real Estate as a Communications Manager from September 2015 to June 2016.
Before joining Fairlawn Real Estate, Maggie worked as a Marketing Manager at The Scion Group from April 2015 to September 2015.
In their early career, Maggie worked at Regency Apartments, where they held the position of Director of Marketing and Public Relations from June 2013 to April 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Media Specialist from August 2011 to June 2013.
Maggie's career started in 2008 at Office II as a Bar Manager, where they worked until June 2011. Before that, they served in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant from February 2003 to February 2011.
Maggie Sprague received a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2010. Additionally, they obtained a CAPS certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute in September 2023.
