Sarah Demaio

Sarah DeMaio is a Mechanical Engineer with a solid educational background, holding both a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer II at Fairlead Integrated since December 2024, Sarah previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Target Arm Inc. from July 2022 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes a 2.5-month internship at Whelen Engineering, where Sarah focused on developing and modifying parts in SolidWorks and addressing manufacturing challenges through hands-on testing and technical analysis.
