Kenneth Lam

Kenneth Lam is the Executive Director of Annual Giving and Campaign Operations at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to their current role, Kenneth served as the Director of Alumni Engagement & Giving at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they successfully collaborated with academic units, career services, admissions and student life to build engagement opportunities for more than 100,000 alumni living in the US and in 88 countries.

Before their time at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Kenneth was the Director of Alumni Relations at Wagner College, where they provided strategic direction and guidance for alumni relations programs, services, communications and marketing to engage and connect more than 24,000 alumni living in the U.S. and around the world. Kenneth began their career in 2004 as Federated Campaign Manager at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County before moving on to become the Assistant Director, Affiliate Programs - Office of Alumni Relations at the University at Buffalo in 2005.

Kenneth's wealth of experience in alumni relations and fundraising make him uniquely qualified for their current role at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Under their leadership, Fairleigh Dickinson University has seen a significant increase in alumni engagement and giving.

Kenneth Lam has completed all courses towards a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration with a minor in Student Affairs Administration from the University at Buffalo. Kenneth also holds an Ed.M. in Higher Education Administration from the University at Buffalo, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from the same school.

Their manager is Jason Amore, SVP, University Advancement. They work with Christopher S. Groff - AVP, Corporate/Foundations and Major Gifts, Anne Sherber - Director of Advancement Communications, and Delia Grace Perez - Director of Planned Giving.
