Charlotte Bernett

Charlotte Bernett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charlotte currently serves as the COO at Fairlo since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Employer Branding Lead at Säkerhetspolisen from May 2022 to November 2022.

From August 2021 to May 2022, Charlotte was the Head of Humans & Souls at Fairlo. Before that, they had their own consultancy firm, Charlotte Bernett AB, where they worked as a Consultant in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Marketing & Communication from August 2015 to September 2021.

Charlotte was also involved in entrepreneurship as the Co-founder of LAZY LAYER from June 2018 to June 2021, where they developed a new type of pool product and managed various aspects of the business.

In terms of talent acquisition, Charlotte worked as the International Talent Acquisition Lead at Tacton from October 2018 to April 2019. Charlotte was responsible for developing the talent acquisition strategy, establishing an international recruitment team, and implementing recruitment processes for various positions worldwide.

Additionally, Charlotte held positions at Erfator Projektledning AB as the Head of People & Culture, and Communications from July 2015 to June 2016, and at AGoodId as a Project Manager from January 2015 to July 2015.

Charlotte'searly career includes roles as an HR Consultant & Talent Acquisition Specialist at RGP from January 2009 to January 2015 and as a Project Manager and Key Account Manager at TNG from February 2007 to September 2008. Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, employer branding, marketing, and communication.

Charlotte Bernett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations from IHR, Stockholm Business School, Stockholms universitet, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Charlotte also attended Stockholms universitet from 1999 to 2005, although no specific degree or field of study has been mentioned for this period.

In addition to their education, Charlotte has obtained certifications such as DIHR from Stockholm University in August 2014, and ARU (ansvarig reklamutgivare) from Sveriges kommunikationsbyråer in June 2014.
