Matthew Cochrane has over 10 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Matthew is currently working as the General Manager - UK at Fairlo, a company that aims to make financial services fair, transparent, and sustainable. Prior to this, Matthew was the Head of Commercial at LOQBOX, a fintech company focusing on solving financial exclusion globally by helping customers save and improve their credit score. Matthew also worked at GAIN Credit as the Head of Partnerships and Collections, where they managed the partnerships team and developed a collections strategy. Before that, Matthew was employed at Barclays as a Multinational Business Development Manager, where they managed global external FI partners and supported sales, product, and operations functions to expand Barclaycard's international business. Matthew started their career at Halifax as a Portfolio Modelling Analyst, where they played a crucial role in creating an automated reporting process for unsecured portfolios. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strengths in strategy, business development, partnership management, and product management.

Matthew then continued their education at the same school from 2006 to 2008, completing their A-levels.
