Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Client Services Specialist and Account Manager from January 2009 to January 2016, focusing on providing insurance services to major Sports and Entertainment clients. Kimberly also owned Kim Ekrut Agency, LLC, from 2006 to 2009, where the agency achieved significant organic growth in personal lines and life insurance. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Nationwide Insurance from 2002 to 2006, overseeing a team of licensed agents and ensuring successful operations.
