From 2016 to 2019, they were with Zendrive as the Office of the CEO, Director of Product Management - Insurance, and Insurance Product Manager. From 2013 to 2016, they were with Accenture as a Strategy Consultant and Strategy Senior Analyst. During their time at Accenture, they performed supply and demand-side research and analysis to define 5 high-impact vertical segments for a SaaS ERP company, built vertical-specific ROI calculators to be used as sales collateral by field sales teams in support of a $200M+ pipeline, crafted a business case to identify high-value strategic partnership candidates for Accenture, authored a product marketing playbook outlining methodologies for market research, addressable market sizing, competitive positioning, buyer value analysis, win/loss analysis, and quantifying value propositions, and defined the Year 1 Strategic Plan for a partnership between Accenture and a global semiconductor company. Additionally, they created propensity-to-buy and spend potential models to identify and prioritize target geographies, verticals, and accounts to support European expansion strategy for a Chinese telecom company, interviewed network data and legal SMEs at a Payments company to create a network data map, and co-authored Accenture's Talent Growth Initiative. From 2013 to 2013, they were with Volusion as the Corporate Development. Suraj also co-founded the Bay Area Men's Resource Group, growing membership to 1,000+ in 6 months.
