Kevin Santos has a strong background in human resources and hospitality. Kevin started their career as a Guest Services Associate at Sheraton Universal Hotel, where they handled guest service and administrative tasks. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Guest Service Supervisor, where they supervised a team and coordinated large-scale events. After that, they served as Vice President/Director of Planning for the CSULA PIHRA Student Chapter, where they connected with professionals and recruiters, and developed comprehensive advertising strategies. Kevin then joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting the opening of the Fairmont Century Plaza hotel. Later, they worked at Petit Ermitage as a Human Resources and Payroll Manager, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR procedures. Currently, they are working at Fairmont Century Plaza as an Assistant Director of Talent and Culture.
