Joyleen Gonzalez Mundo has a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry, starting from their early roles as a Hostess and Room Service Order Taker to their current position as Small Groups & Outlet Sales Manager at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Joyleen has received several awards for their outstanding performance, including Employee of the Year at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. Joyleen's education background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
