Leilani Lerma is an accomplished food and beverage manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, Leilani serves as the Food and Beverage Manager at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, having progressed from the Assistant Food Beverage Manager and Resort Operations Management Trainee roles since January 2022. In addition, Leilani holds a longstanding position as a Level 6 Associate Cook at In-N-Out Burger since May 2012, where responsibilities include adhering to safe food preparation standards. Leilani earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism from California State University - East Bay, attending from 2018 to 2021.
