Michael Otterbein

Michael Otterbein has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Sales Associate at Seashore ACE Hardware in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Industrial Design Intern at Cotapaxi, where they customized promotional products using Photoshop and Solidworks. In 2015, they founded their own company, MJO Designs LLC, where they served as the Founder, President, and Chief Designer. During this time, they also joined Total Scope, Inc. as a Staff Engineer, where they managed the Quality System, repaired rigid endoscopes, and worked on long-term projects, including designing tools and assembly procedures. Lastly, in 2022, they became the Quality Manager at Fairmount Automation.

Michael Otterbein attended Philadelphia University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Product Design.
