Kairi Aadli has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kairi began their career in 2013 as a Sales Agent at Tallink Grupp, where they gained experience in sales and customer service. In 2016, they joined If Insurance as an Insurance Support Specialist, where they provided support to insurance operations. Kairi Aadli was promoted to Team Lead in 2019, taking on additional responsibilities in leadership and team management. In 2021, they transitioned to Fairown as a Back Office Specialist, showcasing their skills in administrative roles. Kairi was later promoted to Operations Team Lead in 2023, highlighting their growth and progression within the company.
